I'm a Graduate in Law and post graduate in Business Administration. I have over 14 years PQE in the legal sector. I'm working in Bahrain for more than 6 years as consultant and in various other capacities for Companies in Bahrain. I look into company formation, vetting, due diligence consultation, negotiations, drafting various legal and corporate agreements, commercial deed, including memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Declration of Incorporation, sale and transfer agreement, amendments to corporate documents, all types of agreements, review, guidance, advices, corporate meetings, preparing minutes of the meeting, attendance to meeting, proxy, authorization, legalization of corporate documents from outside Bahrain, with concerned embassy and foreign affairs, including managing a team of 10 members in providing work assignments, review, management, quality check, advice and assistance.
